When my friends come to my house, the first thing they do is open the door to the balcony area to enjoy the breeze coming from the Saigon River. I especially like the modern design, the open space layout, and the full reception of natural light that always floods the apartment.

The spacious lounge at the lobby is where I meet familiar neighbors and enjoy coffee every weekend morning. Or simply start a new day full of energy at the swimming pool in the apartment complex without having to go far.

My husband and I always put the living environment for our children to study and develop as the first important criteria when buying an apartment. The place we choose is full of trees, the play space for children is always taken care of and especially the living environment of a civilized community.
